This is us.
We’re an Australian family-owned business committed to our staff and clients. Our approach is simple: build strong partnerships by delivering consistent, high-quality services with complete transparency.
OUR STORY.
MORE THAN 50 CLIENTS.
FAMILY OWNED EXCELLENCE.
ESTABLISHED IN 2020.
OUR GROWING, DEDICATED TEAM.
FOUNDING VISION.
Before 2020, Sal Kaler owned and operated a bespoke Security business, managing some of Australia’s largest contracts across the Hunter, Central Coast, Illawarra, and Sydney regions. Guided by our enduring family values of transparency, service, and quality, Sal built lasting, trusted client relationships.
The COVID-19 pandemic challenged us to adapt as clients’ needs shifted. Evolving from property security, we became a trusted provider of sanitisation and infection control services.
Since then, we’ve supported aged care facilities, medical practices, childcare centres, gyms, and offices—delivering unmatched professionalism and adaptability every step of the way.
LEADERSHIP
At Noble, we value strong leadership over rigid hierarchies and multiple layers of management. Our Executive team is one of the most experienced in the industry, bringing extensive qualifications and accomplishments across our specialist services, and management.
ENVIRONMENT
While we recognize that the emissions generated from Noble’s own operations are relatively small, we are committed to playing a significant role in supporting our customers to manage and reduce the environmental impacts of their assets and operations. At NIM, we collaborate with our clients, staff, and partners to raise environmental awareness and contribute to achieving the national net-zero emissions goal by 2050.
Through long-term planning, responsible procurement, innovation, and effective supply chain management, we actively minimize risks and enhance environmental sustainability. Reducing our company’s footprint and fostering a sustainable environment are core to our operations and will remain integral to our business objectives for the future.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
At Noble, we are committed to ensuring that our business activities positively impact people and contribute to a prosperous planet for future generations. To achieve this, we remain open to continuous learning and adapt to evolving practices. Our policies reflect our strong commitment to:
DIVERSITY
As an equal-opportunity employer, we proudly support a diverse workforce. Over 50% of our team comes from more than 22 different countries. We believe that the knowledge and experiences shared by our culturally diverse teams enhance our processes and site operations, driving innovation and excellence.
GENDER EQUITY
We are dedicated to promoting gender equality and actively work to increase the employment of women in industries where they are traditionally underrepresented. By understanding industry dynamics and addressing entrenched cultural norms, we are committed to closing the gender gap and fostering an inclusive workplace for all.
INDIGENOUS ENGAGEMENT
Noble is deeply committed to the Australian Reconciliation movement, aligned with our broader goal of being a Force for Good. At its core, reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians for the benefit of all. We aim to deliver tangible benefits for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, focusing on increasing economic and educational equity while supporting self-determination.
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Our corporate behaviour and actions are guided by a set of ethical values which are firmly embedded in our culture: Transparency, service and quality. Within Noble, success is measured not only in economic terms but also by the way in which we hold ourselves accountable to our obligations towards our employees, customers, shareholders, and society at large.
OUR PEOPLE: OUR GREATEST ASSET.
At Noble, we are a people-first business, recognizing that our team is our most valuable resource. By investing in our people, providing clear career pathways, and fostering an empowering workplace, we create a team that consistently exceeds performance expectations.

REWARD AND RECOGNITION
We deliver robust programs to celebrate and reward outstanding contributions. Safety, Security, and Well-being: We place a strong focus on the safety, security, and well-being of our people, cultivating a workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
VETTING, ENGAGEMENT & TRAINING
Client safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Every team member completes a National Police Check, a Working With Children Check (WWCC), and thorough induction and WHS training before starting. This ensures we deliver exceptional service with trust and professionalism.
PARTNERS
At Noble, we are proud to support the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, a remarkable national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to keeping children and young people safe from violence and trauma in every aspect of their lives — where they live, learn, and play.
For over 25 years, the Foundation has been a powerful advocate for the safety and well-being of children and young people, offering support through their Care, Prevention, and Advocacy programs. From helping children recover from the trauma of family violence to empowering positive digital citizenship and combating bullying, their work ensures young people can grow up happy, safe, and strong.
Together, we share their vision of creating a future where every child can thrive free from harm.
Committed to supporting small farmers impacted by drought, Farm Aid Australia provides essential livestock feed to those struggling to afford rising costs. By up-cycling discarded fruits, vegetables, and bread, Farm Aid not only helps reduce landfill but also promotes sustainable, environmentally friendly practices. Their efforts go beyond providing feed — they alleviate the financial and mental health challenges faced by farmers due to drought and escalating feed prices, ensuring both farmers and their livestock are cared for in difficult times.
Dedicated to tackling some of the biggest challenges in men’s health, Movember focuses on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Since 2003, this global movement has funded over 1,250 men’s health projects, transforming research, health services, and the way men are supported.
Movember exists to help men live happier, healthier, and longer lives, driven by transparency and accountability. Every donation is tracked and reported, ensuring that Mo Bros and Mo Sisters worldwide can see the meaningful impact of their contributions in improving the lives of men.
